14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer entitled to the statutory right of withdrawal, you may notify us that you wish to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without having to provide a reason.

Return Conditions
Returned items should be sent back in the condition in which they were received, except for handling reasonably necessary to inspect the product. Please include all original components and accessories.

Return Shipping Costs
Unless the product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or we agree otherwise, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the item, where permitted by applicable law.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible and provide your order details and, where appropriate, photos showing the issue. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Refunds
